01. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or utilizing the AegisTrace Logic website and associated logic systems, users acknowledge they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you—whether as an individual or on behalf of an entity—and AegisTrace Logic regarding your access to and use of this digital infrastructure.

If you do not agree with all of these terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the site and must discontinue use immediately. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated by updating the revision date at the top of this page.

02. Intellectual Asset Registry

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property. All source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, and intelligence frameworks (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us.

The intelligence methodologies displayed are protected by copyright and trademark laws and various other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws of the Republic of Korea, foreign jurisdictions, and international conventions.

03. System Utilization Protocol

Prohibited User Conduct

  • Attempting to bypass any security measures designed to prevent or restrict access to the logic systems.
  • Systematic retrieval of data or other content from the site to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database, or directory without written permission.
  • Engaging in unauthorized framing of or linking to the site or using "intelligence" scraping tools.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access the site strictly for informational purposes related to our data intelligence services. Any commercial exploitation of the site content without express authorization is strictly forbidden.

04. Liability Allocation & Warranty

AegisTrace Logic will not be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on this site, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.

05. Governing Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the Republic of Korea. AegisTrace Logic and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Seoul shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.

If any part of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law, the remainder of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
